dc.description	Letter from Oscar Monnig to Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Phipps stating that he had responded to their note about selling the second meteorite about a month prior, and as he had heard nothing he felt that he might need to reach out again. He says that he hopes that they are doing well, and that they are in agreement about selling the stone as he would not want to sow discord if they aren't.
