Letter from Oscar Monnig to Richard D. Buchheit (of the Battelle Memorial Institute) stating that he has not yet managed to acquire the main masses of Tishomingo, but that he intends to return to the area soon to continue looking for more specimens. He also expresses an intention to use the recent article produced by Buchheit and associates as a means of impressing the family that found the stones with the fact that they are being studied for science. Provides a general assessment of enjoyment of Buchheit's recent work but asks for a clarification of what martensitic structure would imply.
