Letter from Oscar Monnig to Edward P. Henderson (of the Smithsonian Institution) expressing interest in the information that they might be able to acquire through the use of an electron probe. Also mentions that he has been able to convince Glen Orr to eventually sell him the smaller meteorite. However, for now the boy wishes to keep it, but has allowed Monnig to borrow it temporarily to have it cut. Asks if it would be possible to send the stone on to the museum to do such work.
