Letter from Oscar Monnig to Brian Mason (of the Smithsonian Institution) passing on his hopes that Mason is enjoying his new position in Washington D.C., and mentioning that he has already spoken to Edward Henderson about a new meteorite that he is working on acquiring in Oklahoma (the Tishomingo meteorites). Says that he was asked to help identify some rocks that were found in the same area as the meteorite, and is passing on a sample for Mason to take a look at. Asks if Mason would concur with what he has concluded about the specimens.
