dc.description	Letter from Oscar Monnig to Mr. and Mrs. G. F. Gaston thanking them for sending their son to him with the suspected meteorite so that he could examine it. He informs them that unfortunately it is not a meteorite, but a piece of slag, though he has no idea how it could have come to be propelled through the windshield of their ranch truck while it was driving on the highway.
