dc.description.transcriptioncc:Mail for: mccoy Subject: Bluff From: Linda Schramm <MNHMS034@SIVM.SI.EDU> at sn-internet 9/2/94 3:15 PM To: tmccoy at JSC_SSED Hello Tim! I have a bit of information for you concerning the Bluff meteorite. Everything in our collection is Bluff #1. Three specimens were entered into the catalog prior to 1936, and the other two came with labels that say "Found 1878". We don't have any PS's of Bluff and only one PTS: USM 135-1 (135 was entered into our catalog in 1888). I will show your Bluff note to Brian next week and let you know if he knows anything enlightening. I'll also get to Cedar next week. I checked with the Registrar about the file you wanted, and it had not arrived from SI Archives yet. I will check again next week. Meanwhile have a great Labor Day weekend. L.s
