dc.description.transcription | We arrived in Nelson on June 2. We were extremely fortunate to find an apartment for rent before our furniture arrived - better to have it available in a barnlike apt than unavailable in a warehouse! The first few nights we were here the temperature dropped to 10 to 5 degrees Celsius (which is standard here) and to us it seemed quite a change from Texas. The days have warmed up to abot 70 degrees F the past week, but the nights are still cool. We are meeting quite a few people and (fortunately) feel welcome here. Our best to Mrs. Monnig ~ we'd be pleased to have you visit us any time. R- | |
