Abstract | Corporate wellness programs have become more prominent as companies have come to realize how valuable and beneficial these programs can be. Fitness trackers are a form of wearable technology that allows the user to monitor various metrics regarding personal health and fitness. This study sought to analyze the effect of fitness tracker usage in corporate wellness programs with job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress. Overall, being involved in a wellness program has a significant relationship with job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress, but the effect of the usage of fitness trackers was not as prominent as was expected. |
