Abstract | The synthesis of the title compound, 5, a tricyclic diol, is described. The H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra of 5 have been analyzed, and individual spectral resonance signals have been assigned to specific H-1 and C-13 nuclei, respectively, in this compound. |
