dc.description.transcription	Railway Mail Service Monday Aug, 5, 1940 Dear Oscar,- Here with list of various weights of the Davy meteorite. No others have bobbed up. The weather has been nice and warm. Best regards Walter Weiss. The Davy Meteorite July 26, 1940. 119 fragments 5pounds 5 ounces. All the various pieces are numbered, so it is easy to get one of a certain weight. To designate the ones that fit into each other, I gave them the same --letters-- number plus letter. Up to now only "two couples" match. I have carbon copy of this. Walter Jr. Weiss Aug 3, 1940.
